I am the host of the Nationally Syndicated Official Texas Countdown. I started the show in the Summer of '02 so that Texas Artists could get their music out to the masses just like mainstream artists do with their countdown shows.

Great interview today

Johnny Solinger, The current lead singer for Skid Row dropped by the house today with my good friend Bob Mitchell from Smith Music and did a couple of songs for me acoustically plus recorded an interview for the Official Texas Countdown that will air in 2 weeks. He's from Austin and his Texas Country album will drop in May. I think you're going to like what you hear. Check out his myspace at www.myspace.com/johnnysolinger

Internet woes

My internet at the house has been out for the last 16 days because of the windstorm 2 weeks ago, but we finally got back up tonight! So I'll try to post more regularly. Just saw that I was nominated for a GWE Award... How cool is that!
