What I am saying is that people in this area just don't come out and support the music very well. Everyone ends up going to places like Rabbs over in Ruston, Louisiana, or Alamo down in Carthage, etc. My boyfriend plays in a band that is country and a little rock, and it is tough to book them in this area. I do a lot of their band booking and I hate getting them into a gig in Shreveport. You just never know what kind of crowd to expect.
